Waxlytical’s Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

"We/Us/Our" means Waxlytical, a trading name of Metajam LTD. Registered in England and Wales, 09973610, at 30 Bronte Close, Erith, Kent, DA8 1YB.

2. What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our site. It does not extend to any websites that are linked on our site (whether we provide those links or whether they are shared by other users).  We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or through business enquiries.

4. How do we collect information?

We only collect PII when you:
 

  • contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page

  • subscribe via the ‘Subscribe’ page

  • make business enquiries

  • interact with our social media pages

 

Web usage and browse information is collected when you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

5. How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

When you provide information via our 'Contact Us' page' but you decide not to engage our services we will keep your details for 6 months starting from the date of our last correspondence.

Should you decide to engage our services then we will keep your PII details in our database unless you request deletion.

When you provide your email address via our 'Subscribe' page then we will keep it in our database  unless you request deletion.

We don't sell any PII, nor do we disclose the information to third parties, except by your permission or where required by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

6. How will we use your data?

  • discuss details with regards to any service you may purchase

The Waxlytical website may contain links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

    • You have the right to request that Waxlytical erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
       

  • The right to restrict processing

    • You have the right to request that Waxlytical restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
       

  • The right to object to processing

    • You have the right to object to Waxlytical processing your personal data, under certain conditions.
       

  • The right to data portability

    • ​You have the right to request that Waxlytical transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
