Asking the right questions of your customer base is key to understanding and targeting them better.

From our experience the questions can be broadly categorised into the 5 Ws:

1. Who are your customers?

We can leverage both demographic and transactional data to profile and segment your customers into meaningful groups to enable you to better target them.

It could be as straightforward as building personas based on key traits or metrics that matter to your business. Or, we can take it a step further and let the data uncover any hidden segments within your customer base using cluster analysis.

Analyses for past clients have included cluster analysis, RFM segmentation and persona builds.
